A humid 12 km at GKVK this evening. Anticipated rain all along and it didn’t rain. That is how anticipation works for some. Pace needs more work. For now, at least manage to dodge cycling kids, dog walkers and those who date on a slow moving bike and run ahead of them.

And some days it feels as though running is just a reason to have plenty of bananas post run.
